Terms of Service

Effective Date: 27 December 2024

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Individual Entrepreneur ANTON MELEKHIN, a sole proprietor operating under the laws of Georgia, with a principal place of business at Georgia, Batumi city, Tamar Mephe avenue, N 22a ("Service Provider"), and any individual or entity ("Client") who accepts this public offer.

Public Offer
This Agreement constitutes a public offer under the laws of Georgia. By using the GestaltCardBot Telegram bot, the website cards.gestaltcenter.org, or purchasing digital access to psychological card decks (the "Services"), the Client agrees to these terms.

Acceptance
The Client accepts this offer by starting the bot, completing a purchase, or using purchased deck access.

1. Services Provided
The Service Provider grants digital access to metaphorical card decks in the GestaltCardBot Telegram bot, including viewing cards, random selection, and related features described at purchase. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for lawful use only.

2. Client Obligations
2.1 Provide accurate information when required for support or payment.
2.2 Use the Services lawfully and not redistribute deck content outside permitted personal or professional use.
2.3 Comply with Telegram's terms of use.

3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Current prices are published at cards.gestaltcenter.org/pricing.
3.2 Prices are shown in the bot shop in EUR (or converted methods as offered).
3.3 Listed prices are in EUR excluding tax. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
3.4 Payments may be processed via Telegram, PayPal, Paddle.com, or other providers shown in the bot.
3.5 Digital access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

4. Term and Termination
4.1 Purchased deck access is granted for the period stated at purchase (typically unlimited for one-time purchases).
4.2 The Service Provider may suspend access for breach of this Agreement or abuse.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Services are educational and therapeutic support tools, not medical or emergency services.
5.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product in the three (3) months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy at cards.gestaltcenter.org/privacy.

7. Intellectual Property
Deck images and texts remain the property of the Service Provider or licensors. Purchase grants a limited license to use content through the bot only.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia where permitted.
